The current Coordinator of ECWS is Cristina Bracaloni, member of the Board of the Associazione Italiana Acquerellisti. She has been appointed by the ECWS Council in September 2012.

Piet van Leuven, member of the Board of the Aquarelinstituut van België   has coordinated the ECWS for fifteen years since its foundation.
